This role is crucial in overseeing financial transactions, preparing reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to contribute to the overall success of the company. 

                                  As a Finance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and recording daily transactions, preparing balance sheets, financial reports, and monitoring sales forecasts and expenditures. Your role will also involve predicting future sales performance, analysing the financial position of customers, collaborating with other stakeholders, planning audit programs, managing human resources matters, and providing valuable insights to improve business performance.

 

                          

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Oversee and record daily financial transactions.

·       Prepare accurate balance sheets and financial reports.

·       Monitor company sales forecasts, sales achieved, and expenditures.

·       Predict likely long- and short-term future sales performance.

·       Analyse the financial position of customers and provide insights.

·       Collaborate with the Business Development Manager/Director and Managing Director.

·       Plan external and internal audit programs, ensuring compliance.

·       Manage human resources matters related to finance.

·       Assess and advise on factors affecting business performance.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and relevant experience.

·      Proven experience in financial management and analysis.

·       Solid understanding of financial principles and practices.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Proficient in financial reporting and balance sheet preparation.

·       Effective communication and collaboration skills.

·       Ability to plan and execute audit programs.

·       Knowledge of human resources matters related to finance.

·       Familiarity with factors affecting business performance.

·       Knowledge of English, Turkish, and Persian language – this is essential due to expansion of business to the Middle East.
